Today I am following up on a post we did in May. (https://www.calyxbuilds.com/post/real-time-bathroom-project). The Project was to renovate the second-floor bathroom that was originally from the 1920ās. After demolition, we found cast iron plumbing that had to be changed and found a better layout for the sink, tub, linen closet and the toilet. We kept the sink and tub in roughly the same position but moved the toilet away from the door and next to the exterior window. We were able to fit all of their selected fixtures in the bathroom with the new layout. This included a larger tub, larger vanity and larger toilet than what was originally in place.

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā As you can see from the before and after pictures, what was an antiquated bathroom is now tastefully done with a new vanity and solid surface countertop; easy to clean tub/shower for the children; low flush toilet; and a gorgeous marble floor. Our Clients are very happy and have been sharing the pictures on the social media. We are proud of this Project and are pleased that the needs of this young family have been met. Ā
