What Calyx is Currently Building in 2025!

Spring has sprung and Calyx is busy! We want to thank all our clients that we worked with in 2024 and our new clients, that we welcomed into our Calyx family in 2025.

One of the many things that we enjoy and keep us on our toes is the variety of projects that our clients bring to us.

We are finishing several projects from 2024.

1.    Two full kitchen remodels – one including an addition to expand the kitchen and add a bathroom and the other includes removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room.

2.    2 accessory dwelling units – one is the conversion of a garage, and the other is a full addition

3.    A partial bathroom remodel with new vanity, shelving, lighting and vented fan

4.    A fully finished basement including new walls, sheetrock and plaster, laminate flooring, Berber carpets on the stairs and a laundry room.

Starting in 2025

1.    A 2-story renovation including adding a staircase to the presently unfinished third floor, adding a bathroom and two bedrooms and a full kitchen expansion

2.    Removing the roof off the two-car garage and adding a family room with lots of glass and custom built-ins

3.    Removing the roof off the house and adding vaulted ceilings, a new second floor master suite, a front and rear porch and a sunroom overlooking a pond with more glass and a fireplace

4.    Building a two-car garage with a finished second floor and the expansion of the existing sunroom

5.    Building another two-car garage with a new master suite above with a mudroom connector

6.    A fully finished basement including new walls, sheetrock and plaster, heat, electrical work and a new bathroom and laundry.

7.    Reconfiguring space in the house to expand the bathroom to make it ensuite, add a guest bathroom and a new laundry.

The projects are located in Massachusetts in Norfolk and South Easton. In Rhode Island we are working on the East Side of Providence, Warwick, Oak Hill in Pawtucket, Rumford in East Providence, East Greenwich, Smithfield, Lincoln and on a pond in Burrillville.
